The protection and inheritance of Liaoning Province s musical intangible cultural heritage face significant challenges in the modern era. It can be seen that threatened by modernization, Liaoning Province’s musical intangible cultural asset and its subsequent generations’ efforts to preserve and promote them are very challenging. The impact of sustainable planning and technology in tackling these challenges forms part of the main research question as explained below; Students learning outcomes, interest, motivation and the community engagements. The quantitative analysis applies SEM using SmartPLS software to examine relationship with key factors is cheer spot. The quantitative approach applies Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS for investigating relationships with indicators. Sample population is 250; Students from local schools and universities; Community members, local musicians, cultural practitioners, residents; Musical Experts; scholars and practitioners in the fields of sustainable planning, technology, and cultural heritage. Data is collected by using a structured questionnaire which has been designed with the intent of measuring. The combination of sustainable planning and technology helped in improving students’ approaches to learning and also their interest as well as motivation in the subject area, namely, the musical heritage of Liaoning Province. On the same note, the community engagement dimension was enhanced, thereby boosting the protection of cultural heritage. Essential to these efforts, resources and support’s accessibility was established to be a major area of concern. The implication of the study reveals the fact that a fusion of education technique and the inclusion of the community worth a shot in the protection and transmission of intangible cultural heritage. This in turn becomes essential in the sustainable planning that come out in the relevant technologies as approaches that can cater for the two stakeholders inclusive of the students as well as the whole society. The latter approach not only keeps an emphasis on culture but also ensure that generations to come embrace it and contribute to it.
