With the development of the society, peoples understanding of health, sport is increasingly recognized by the public, especially significant ethnic characteristics of traditional sports, play an important role in the national fitness campaign, become a guarantee for the national sports culture, to promote the development of the national fitness sports and sports industry in China has a positive effect.Yingkou city is located in central Liaodong peninsula, along the eastern coast of Bohai sea, large Liaohe river, important geographical location, population, ethnic minority existing full, hui, north Korea, Mongolia, Xibe and so on more than 40 ethnic minorities, has certain representativeness in Liaoning area, therefore, in this paper, the Yingkou city information on the development of traditional minority national sports in investigation, through the literature material law, questionnaire investigation and expert interview method, the results show that the situation of Yingkou city national traditional sports in general, participate in the crowd mainly concentrated in the elderly, to participate in the project as a result of the limitation of space or equipment also focused on the manchu Yangko, Xibe kites and Korean swing activity, organized by municipal government to undertake main mode to carry out national minority games, by each school to undertake traditional minority national sports events of inheritance, local people spontaneously to participate in the national traditional sports, be national traditional sports of the Liaohe basin. According to the analysis influence Yingkou city development of traditional minority national sports factors have uneven economic development, sports talent shortage, the school curriculum, the development of modern sports, such as a few items.
