Resumen

In this paper I wish to argue that performative knowledge and intangible cultural heritage that underlies and survives the Carnival of Blacks and Whites, moves like most of the festivals and carnivals in the world, including yarns tense bureaucratic influence and perhaps today more than ever, under the interference of the market, factors that certainly not only a strong impact on your organization, preparation and specific embodiment, but on the susceptibility and sensitivity of the performers and makers. It is therefore in a scene in which the carnival can be conceived as a rhetorical and performative device that generates multiple worlds from two elements: a set of rules and strategies that are typical of those who administer the carnival and a deep virtuosity of those who make the carnival.
