AB - Thanks to the unique characteristics of Chinese national culture, a unified multi-ethnic country came into being. It is characterized by the old and traditional culture. As time goes by, the culture is gradually fading, which makes people worried. When talking about national intangible cultural heritage protection, deputy director of expert committee said that: “he broad and profound Chinese intangible cultural heritage is facing a huge threat due to improper development.” This shows that the Chinese consciousness of protecting traditional ethnic culture gradually strengthened. At the same time, more and more scholars have focused on the research of intangible cultural heritage protection. Thus it is significant to protect the culture of folk dance.
