AB - Dawu tapestry belt was included in the list of the third batch of provincial intangible cultural heritage, and is the inheritance and reflection of Chinese traditional folk crafts. This paper aims to make investigation and research on the historical background of Dawu tapestry belt based on the annals of Dawu county, then discuss the folk art characteristics and the current situation of Dawu tapestry belt, and put forward five measures for the protection and inheritance of Dawu tapestry belt on this basis.
