Its knowledge at a university level has traditionally been limited to veterinary studies, but the cultural and heritage implications that underlie it mean that it can be the focus of attention in other areas. This is what we intend to demonstrate in the present work, which analyzes the results of a practical proposal, based on the combination of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, developed to link the theoretical contents of the “Cultural Heritage” subject of the Degree in Geographical Science and Technology of the University of Murcia with the heritage of this activity.
