It focuses on how modern educational technologies can protect and transmit intangible cultural heritage through innovative practical courses for college students. Conducted over four years (2021-2024), the study employs a “four-dimensional collaborative learning model” that integrates inquiry-based learning, scaffolded instruction, situated teaching, and cooperative learning. This model promotes in-depth student learning and practical application. The data include survey questionnaires and interview materials. Results indicate that collaborative learning enhances students’ understanding and interest in intangible cultural heritage and improves their ability to solve real-world problems using modern technologies. The study evaluates the effectiveness of this approach in educational practice and its potential for protecting intangible cultural heritage.
