In addition, the narratives of the article are also enriched by theoretical modalities merged with two concepts which are "Lusophony" and "national consciousness" around the intangible heritage of the Portuguese language. The main assertion of this article is the result of introducing and consolidating Portuguese as the official language of Timor in all strand of action, namely in the public administration sector, the education sector, the church sector, and the media sector.  a0103-3638
