It can be divided into three categories, which are basic service, publicity service, and participation in research projects. Firstly, the basic service is constituted by the university library s paper documents as well as its network protection platform; it is the minimum requirement for university s participation in intangible culture heritage protection. Secondly, the publicity service for intangible culture heritage via both online and offline methods provides a wider space for inheritance and development work, expands people s cognition and identification degree for intangible culture heritage, and also raised national self-confidence.
