It is also necessary to examine deliberately what made it possible to sustain Korean traditional and indigenous food without assimilation into the style of Japanese food in such circumstance. With regard to the characteristics and tastes and flavors of Korean food, this study attempted to learn the differences by comparison with those of Japan.  a1975-4728
