In that the inherence of many intangible cultural heritages needs studying and practicing at least several years, even as many as ten years or more, a people with small achievements can hardly be successful without arduous work; while young people in the modern society is generally unwilling to undertake the inherence with a long time and ceaseless energy input, resulting in varying degrees of loss and depletion in a number of ancestors  or clan s crafts and technologies and skills. This study suggests that we pay attention to not only the loss of quantity but also the loss of quality; if not concern is given, either intangible cultural heritage will lack the successors, or it is difficult to find a virtuoso or an expert or a masterpiece sooner or later in the awkward position. Therefore, we should make institutional arrangements as the fundament, and take project aid as the handle, and set community development as the dependence, forming a solving system with the help of advance notice from the virtuosos and early warning from the indicators and prearranged preparation from two groups of people, in order to promote the preservation and proliferation of intangible cultural heritage.  a978-7-5647-0977-8
