Though teaching ethnic cultural knowledge on campus is consistent with inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage through school education, the over-all implementation of this work can only be carried out through the legislation of NPC. This paper intends to prove that legislation is an important safeguard for an effective protection of intangible cultural heritage in school education by giving some examples.
