There is an important practical significance to realize the distribution characteristics and impacting factors of ICH for protection and innovation. Based on the data of four batches of national ICH in Guizhou province, numerous methods, such as the nearest neighbor index, kernel density method and spatial autocorrelation were employed to explore the ICH distribution and its impacting factors. Our results are as follows. (1) There are many national intangible cultural heritages in Guizhou. The number of different classifications varies greatly, and the intangible cultural heritage has typical nationality. (2) The ICH of Han nationality in Guizhou is concentrated in traditional drama, traditional medicine and traditional sports, recreation and acrobatics. But the ICH of minorities focuses on traditional literature, music, dance, fine arts and folk customs. (3) Guizhou s intangible cultural heritage is agglomerated with spatial distribution patterns, showing a significant positive correlation. (4) The Shuicheng-Yuping line is a boundary that the north is a low-low aggregation type, and the southeast is highly concentrated and coincident with the extremely high-density core area. (5) Guizhou s ICH tends to be located on small rolling hills with suitable climate, abundant water resources, convenient transportation and ethnic minority access. a2096-5281
