Understanding the current status of intangible cultural heritage translation and communication, it can be seen that some scholars have proposed corresponding translation strategies based on the combination of planning and alienation dynamics, which can not only preserve the cultural characteristics of the Chinese nation, but also make it easier for Western readers to accept and understand China s intangible cultural heritage. It has important practical guidance significance. Therefore, on the basis of understanding the current translation strategies of China s intangible cultural heritage, this paper uses visual multi-modality to build a multilingual translation and retrieval platform for the international dissemination of intangible cultural heritage, and identifies effective countermeasures for practice and development. It always follows the United Nations Convention for the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage, and provides a new channel for the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage with Chinese characteristics.
