Those field tasks were carried out following a suggestive toponymy and some old legends preserved in the rich intangible heritage of the region. In this article we present two new contributions to the general study of this magnificent Roman hydraulic work: a study on the possible origin of the place name Valroyo and several unpublished archaeological remains found in the jurisdictions of Bergasa and Arnedo, some of which were brought to light during earthworks carried out with heavy machinery, and other remains located thanks to the studies carrie  a1137-0572
