  abstract = {This paper will discuss how the dance that has been chosen as Intangible Cultural Heritage differs in the cultural heritage and artistic point of view in detail. For this paper Taepyungmu has been chosen as an example, and considered it in the artistic and cultural heritage point of view. Taepyungmu has the beauty of Heung and Mut. The artistic value is the abstract beauty of circles and curves. Lastly, Taepyungmu is the only traditional dance that involves romantic sensitivity. I could draw cultural heritage point of view through the interview of five judges of 2015 Intangible Cultural Heritage possessor admission test. The difference from artistic view is that the dance and the dancer have a separate dualistic relationship. Secondly, when choosing a possessor, quantitative evaluation and age were considered, a specialty that traditional dance such as Taepyungmu has as Intangible Cultural Heritage. Lastly, separate from artistic value, in a cultural standard, traditional arts' rarity is considered.},
