The present investigation analyzes the tourist phenomenon that has developed around intangible cultural heritage and natural heritage in the province of ManabĂ (Ecuador). Three types of visitors were identified in terms of motivation schemes; these three types were considered valid and useful for segmenting within the province of ManabĂ as a tourist destination. The conclusions suggest the need to conceive tourism products that improve the image of the destination and, at the same time, enable the sustainable management of the destination itself.}, volume = {11}, number = {16}, issn = {20711050 (ISSN)}, url = {https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85070771118&doi=10.3390%2fsu11164329&partnerID=40&md5=0a2dcd4aa92810ebe90c12dc0e19e71a}, doi = {10.3390/su11164329}, note = {Publisher: MDPI}, }
