Beliefs and customs that reconstruct social values are integrated with heritage conservation. Economic competition and social capital restructuring strengthen social identification and benefit building community resilience. Combining with the "Local Tourism Alliance" activities organized by local organizations is important when developing innovative education and tourism activities.
