Suihua City, the core blackland in the cold region, was taken for an example to discuss feasibility and necessity of integrating intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry by analyzing its natural geographical characteristics and intangible cultural heritage. Patterns of such integration were analyzed from 4 aspects: tourism in location regions of intangible cultural heritage, development of tourist souvenirs, festival tourism, dynamic tourism of intangible cultural heritage.
